I actually REALLY enjoyed science in junior high (St. Clement in Lakewood) and high school (St. Joseph Academy). I went to St. Mary's College with the intent of becoming a nurse. By Christmas of my freshman year, I knew that wasn't for me. I switched to education and haven't looked back! My entire teaching career has been at St. Joseph Parish School! I've taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.

Favorite thing about being Catholic: 

I am fascinated with the Pope and all things Papal. One of my fondest memories was spending a week in Rome!

Favorite Foods: 

Mexican and Italian are my favorite!

Favorite Hobbies: 

I play in a shuffleboard league with my siblings. We made it into the Hall of Fame and have jackets!

 

After school clubs or activities: 

I host homework club once a week. I love reading and books! I'd love to start a book club for kids and families together.
