EdChoice Expansion Scholarship is a scholarship offered by the state of Ohio. Even though it is an income based scholarship, every Ohio resident qualifies for at least $616 per student regardless of income level. There is no income ceiling. Parents are required to complete income verification to determine the amount. The scholarships are renewable each year.

EdChoice Traditional Scholarship is a scholarship offered by the state of Ohio that is based on residency (residing in a failing school district). Parents are not required to submit their income verification for this scholarship but must prove residency.

Cleveland Scholarship is a scholarship offered by the state of Ohio, and is for families that reside in Cleveland Municipal School District only. Parents are not required to submit their income verification for this scholarship but must prove residency.

Please note: These scholarships can only be used for tuition costs and cannot be used for registration or other school fees.

Catholic Diocese of Cleveland Scholarships

Other scholarships are available to families who apply through FACTS Grant and Aid. This tuition assistance program encompasses the Angel Scholarship and Diocesan Tuition Assistance. Now that EdChoice covers families with the greatest need, more families are benefiting from these parish and diocese scholarships.

Angel Scholarship Fund is a Tax Credit Scholarship program through the State of Ohio that allows families to turn their tax dollars into tuition assistance for students in the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.

Diocesan Tuition Assistance is a need-based tuition assistance program. It is based on a family's demonstrated financial need.

Preschool Tuition & Fees

3 YEAR OLD PRESCHOOL

Tuition: $2,025
Fees:
- $150 registration fee due at time of registration
- $150 capital Improvement
- $100 supply fees

PRE-K 4 FULL DAY

Tuition: $3,625
Fees:
- $150 registration fee due at time of registration
- $150 capital Improvement
- $100 supply fees

PRE-K 5 FULL DAY

Tuition: $4,325
Fees:
- $150 registration fee due at time of registration
- $150 capital Improvement
- $100 supply fees

K-8 Tuition & Fees

Tuition: $5,100 per student
Fees: $250 nonrefundable fee is due at the time registration.

*This amount applies only to those families who apply for both scholarship opportunities - EdChoice and the Angel Scholarship Fund. Families who do not submit applications for both scholarships will be responsible for the full published tuition amount of $7,300 per student, plus registration fees.

Our registration process and payment systems have been reviewed and adjusted thoughtfully with our families in mind. For the 2026-2027 school year, we will be using Digital Academy for tuition management and payments.

As required by the Diocese, FACTS will be used only to assess financial need for families
applying for diocesan tuition assistance.
